Jambo only ships product that pass an extensive Quality Control (QC) test and we use merchandisers/vendors who are official distributors of renowned brands.
Nonetheless, to ensure customer satisfaction in case of any unexpected oversight, on part of the customer, vendor or the Jambo team, we offer:
7-Day Refund & Exchange Policy
We only exchange a product if it has manufacturing fault, broken or scratched at the time of purchase.
Refund & Exchange varies for different product categories. For certain categories, like consumables, perishable items, or products of personal use, we don’t offer return or exchange due to reasons of hygiene such as sunglasses, beauty products, innerwear, etc. We mention in the product description if a product is not eligible of refund or exchange.
Upon receipt of product, please check it right away. After delivery, you have 7 calendar days to inform us that you want a refund or exchange your product. For instance, if you receive your order on August 7, you must contact Jambo and initiate the refund or exchange process by August 14.
Just inform us about the product you want returned or exchanged, and our rider will pick it up. You can also drop it at our nearest shipping portal, depending upon convenience.
Please ensure the product you want returned or exchanged is in unused condition, with tags intact and original packaging.
Our QC team will validated or invalidate your refund or exchange claim within 3-5 working days.
If your claim is validated, the product will be exchanged and shipped back to you, free or cost.
Alternatively, if you wish, we can also refunded the original amount via cheque or online transfer.
